I’m a Missouri-based therapist who specializes in pregnancy loss, infertility, and trauma-informed support in pregnancy and postpartum for those facing anxiety, depression, grief, and the struggles that come with building a family.

How I work
At the core of my approach to therapy is a belief grief, healing, and hope can live together.
Healing doesn’t mean forgetting, and hope doesn’t mean forcing yourself to ‘move on,’ but learning to carry what you’ve lost with more compassion and less pain.
In sessions with me, we’ll make room for every part of your story- the grief, the longing, the hope- and work together to help you feel safer, lighter, and more like yourself again.
