I am telehealth only, which means I do not have a physical office. I currently offer online therapy all across Missouri!

Online therapy allows you to meet with me safely and comfortably from your own space, whether that’s home, a quiet office, or anywhere you feel secure. We use a secure, confidential video platform that’s easy to access on your computer, tablet, or phone. Sessions work just like in-person therapy- you’ll have a dedicated time to talk, explore your feelings, and work toward your goals with my full support. Many clients find online therapy convenient, private, and flexible, especially when managing the unique challenges of pregnancy, infertility, or parenting.

Yes! I am currently in network with UHC, Cigna, Aetna, Carelon Behavioral Health, Anthem EAP, Quest Behavioral Health, Optum, Oscar, Oxford, and hopefully more coming soon!

I offer a private pay fee of $100 per session. I can also provide you with something called a superbill. A superbill is an itemized receipt your therapist provides after a session that includes important details like the type of therapy you received, the date, and the cost. You can submit this document to your insurance company for possible reimbursement if you have out-of-network mental health benefits. Please call your insurance company directly to inquire if you have this benefit.

Your first session is a gentle, welcoming space for us to get to know each other. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, your goals, and any challenges you’re facing- whether that’s pregnancy loss, infertility, postpartum struggles, trauma, or something else. I’ll explain how I work, answer your questions, and together we’ll start building a plan that feels right for you. This session is all about creating a safe, supportive environment where you feel heard and understood.

The length of therapy varies depending on your unique needs, goals, and experiences. Some clients find relief and new tools within just a few sessions. Others benefit from longer-term support to process deeper trauma or complex grief. We’ll work together to set a pace that feels comfortable and effective for you, revisiting your progress regularly to make sure therapy continues to meet your needs.
