Hope and healing through pregnancy loss, infertility, and the perinatal journey
Your journey to parenthood hasn’t gone the way you hoped it would.
Whether you’re grieving a pregnancy loss, coping with infertility, or overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, or past trauma during pregnancy and postpartum- you don’t have to do this alone. I offer compassionate, trauma-informed counseling to help you process what hurts, find steadier ground, and feel truly supported on your path to parenthood.

You’re grieving a miscarriage, TFMR, stillbirth, or infant loss and feel lost in a grief that few people truly understand. People have told you, “well at least it was early” or “you can always try again.” You don’t have to navigate this heartbreak alone. I provide compassionate, trauma-informed pregnancy loss counseling to help you process your loss, honor your story, and find gentle ways to heal as you face what’s next.

You’re feeling isolated, overwhelmed, and grieving each failed cycle or lost hope. You hold back tears after seeing yet another pregnancy announcement on social media and wonder- “Why them and not us?” You don’t have to face this alone. I offer compassionate infertility counseling to help you process the emotional rollercoaster, cope with uncertainty, and find support and understanding on your path to parenthood.

Pregnancy and new parenthood can bring unexpected waves of worry, sadness, or old wounds that feel too heavy to handle alone. I offer compassionate therapy for pregnancy and postpartum anxiety, depression, and trauma- so you can feel more supported and find steadier ground for yourself and your family.
I’m Jaimeson.
I believe you deserve support from a therapist who gets it.
Unlike general therapists, I focus specifically on the emotional and trauma challenges that come with pregnancy loss, infertility, pregnancy, and postpartum.
I am certified in perinatal mental health and have additional training in loss, infertility, and related trauma. In addition to my clinical experience, I am also a bereaved parent and have gone through IVF.
What does that mean for you? You’ve found a therapist that knows her stuff and actually gets it. If you’re ready for specialized support that truly understands your story- you’re in the right place.
How I can help
I specialize in therapy for lasting change.
-
Together, we’ll gently work through the deep hurts that still weigh on you. I use EMDR and parts work (IFS) to help you process painful memories, understand the parts of you that hold old wounds, and find relief from the thoughts and feelings that keep you stuck- so you can feel calmer, more present, and more like yourself again. Grief doesn’t have a timeline or an easy fix- and you don’t have to “move on” to heal. I use narrative therapy as a framework to make space for your grief and honor your loss through gentle, supportive processing. I’ll help you find ways to hold your baby or your story close, continuing bonds in a way that feels right for you, while learning how to move forward with your grief - not away from it. Learn more.
-
Trauma and the challenges of parenthood can leave you feeling disconnected- from yourself and those you love. Using ACT, CBT, and Interpersonal Therapy, we’ll work to ease overwhelming feelings, shift unhelpful thoughts, and rebuild meaningful connections so you can feel more grounded and supported as a parent and person. Learn more.
